REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Texas ID, credit card, payment in full at time of pickup, deposit

- Rental hours are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Other
times by appointment.
- Rentals may be picked up after 1:00 PM. Rentals are due back by
12:00 PM on the scheduled return day. Late rentals will incur additional
charges.
- We request at least 24 hours reservation to prepare your rental.
- Weekly rental rates are 3 times the daily rate.
- Rentals require a separate security/late return deposit equal to
twice the cost of the rental.
- All first time rentals require a credit application.
- Bright Star Productions, Inc. accepts payments and security deposit
by credit card, cash and money order. Checks are accepted from companies
with established accounts only.
- Fog machines are sent out with one quart of fluid. Additional fluid
may be purchased. Fog machines have specific fluid requirements.
Customers will be held liable for damages to fog machines filled
with the wrong fluid.
- We furnish spare lamps with lighting instruments upon request.
All spare lamps, INCLUDING BURN-OUTS, must be returned for credit
or you will be charged full retail price for lamps.
- Batteries for wireless microphones, etc. are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using only alkaline type batteries.
- A $1.00 fee will be charged for each cable not properly coiled
or exceptionally soiled.
- Bright Star Productions, Inc. is not responsible for damages or
injuries caused directly or indirectly by the rental items.
- Customers are responsible for loading and unloading their vehicles.
Bright Star Productions, Inc. is not responsible for damages to vehicles.
- Customer agrees that at all times the equipment remains the property
of Bright Star Productions, Inc. and that all equipment rented out
will be returned to Bright Star Productions, Inc. in the same condition
that it went out, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Customer agrees
to be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment.
- Accounts over 30 days past due will be assessed interest charges
of 1.5% per month. to rent on a past due account, the current rental
must be paid along with an amount equal to 50% of the past due amount.
- The equipment may not be assigned or sub-leased.
- Customer agrees that they are responsible for all collection charges
on past due accounts, including reasonable attorney's fees.
- Package discounts are made at our discretion and are valid for
a single rental only.
- Established customers and non-profit organizations without delinquent
accounts may be entitled to receive regular discounted rental rates.
- Delivery and set-up is available with at least 48 hours notice.
Charges will be based upon the distance, time of day, and labor hours.
